Frequently asked questions

Does IQON trade for me?

No. You decide and you execute. IQON doesn't move your money and can't withdraw it. The technology helps you automate what comes after entering: taking profits, moving the trade to break-even or invalidating it, to protect your account along the way.

Do I need to give it access to my account?

IQON connects to your Bitunix account through an API, so you can execute from the alert without placing the whole trade by hand. The key has no withdrawal permission. Each trade you execute is independent.

I already have a Bitunix account, can I use it?

No. You need to open a new account with the code kikeprida or with the link we give you; otherwise you can't join IQON. It's the only requirement to join, for partners too. IQON receives a commission from Bitunix for your sign-up; it doesn't cost you more.

What is the minimum deposit?

100 USDT in your Bitunix account. It's the capital you'll trade with: it stays yours and you control it at all times.

What if I don't want to take a signal?

Nothing happens. The alert is a suggestion, not an order. You choose when to enter and how much to risk.

Can trades lose?

Of course. Even the world's best traders lose trades, and nothing is guaranteed. Past results do not guarantee future results. Alerts are suggestions and tools, not financial advice; we always recommend doing your own research.

Can my account be liquidated in a single trade?

The app is designed to prevent it: every signal comes with its stop loss and you choose how much to risk per trade (1%, 2% or 5%). Kike recommends risking no more than 5% per trade, and 5% is marked as high risk. Trading carries risk; only trade with money you can afford to lose.

Can I modify my positions in Bitunix, like closing them or taking profits early?

Yes, of course. Your Bitunix account is linked to the app, but it's always yours: you can go in and modify or close your positions whenever you want.

What's the difference between IQON Club and IQON Partners?

IQON Club ($0) uses IQON technology at no cost: KP Swing signals (up to 10 per month), execution from the app, risk management and history. IQON Partners ($79 per month) also get mentoring with Kike, the academy, live classes, community, exclusive activities and the ambassador program. You can start in the IQON Club and become a partner later, with the same account.

Where do the signals come from?

From several sources: pro traders in the community (Kike Prida among them) and our methodology, which relies on artificial intelligence and technical indicators such as RSI to detect overbought and oversold zones, among other market conditions. No source guarantees results: AI can also be wrong, which is why every signal includes a stop loss and you decide whether to take it.

Can IQON touch my money?

It can't withdraw your funds: your capital is in your Bitunix account and the API key you connect has no withdrawal permission. It can only open trades in your account, and only if you accept the signal.

How do I become a partner?

Joining the IQON Club costs nothing. If you want to become a partner, message us on WhatsApp and we'll walk you through it step by step.

Are there refunds?

No: partner payments are non-refundable. You can cancel the renewal whenever you want and keep access until the paid month ends. If there was a payment error, write to contacto@iqon.click. Details in the refund policy (Spanish).
